This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading Destination Management Company renowned for crafting unique and memorable travel experiences across Southern Africa.<\/p><p>As a <strong>Flights &amp; Responsible for Terra Nova\u2019s Group Series, FIT and staff flight reservations and updating the booking records on SharePoint.<br \/>&#8211; Advanced Booking of all entrance fees and services, i.e. Table Mountain Tickets, Robben Island Tickets, Cape Point Funicular and keeping an accessible track record of the file allocations on SharePoint.<br \/>&#8211; Correspond with colleagues regards their booking requirements and deal with any questions, information required, obstacles and special requirements timeously.<br \/>&#8211; Manage workload efficiently and prioritise urgent requests.<br \/>&#8211; Assist with Groups Series tasks if and when required<br \/>&#8211; Offer assistance and support to colleagues.<br \/>&#8211; Attend Team Meetings and provide Daily Reports to Team Leader\/s and Director\/s.<br \/>&#8211; Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hotel Management or Events Management.<br \/>&#8211; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Group Travel and flight arrangements.<br \/>&#8211; In-depth knowledge of Southern African tourism destinations; Eastern Africa is an advantage.<br \/>&#8211; Comprehensive knowledge of Tourplan and WETU systems.<br \/>&#8211; Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet the demands and high pressure of the Travel Industry.<br \/>&#8211; A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<br \/>&#8211; Strong communication and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br \/>&#8211;
