Within Terra Nova\u2019s destination portfolio, design, cost out and sell customised, professional, and competitive ADHOC Leisure Group travel itineraries in Southern Africa for Group clients, tailored to each group\u2019s budget, requirements, and preferences.<br \/>&#8211; Communicate effectively via email, phone, and online meetings with clients, answering questions regarding the program offered, handling special requests and\/or concerns promptly.<br \/>&#8211; Manage the end-to-end process, including client consultations, itinerary design, booking, accounting, and execution, in line with company policies and procedures.<br \/>&#8211; Ensure accurate invoicing with suppliers while managing relationships throughout the itinerary planning and execution stages.<br \/>&#8211; Efficiently manage your workload, prioritising key clients and urgent requests to meet proposal response times.<br \/>&#8211; Address any unexpected issues during the travel experience immediately, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guides. <br \/>&#8211; Work closely with other departments such as Product, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and communication. <br \/>&#8211; Eastern Africa an advantage.<br \/>&#8211; Proven experience in designing and selling Group travel programs within Southern Africa.<br \/>&#8211; Comprehensive knowledge of Tourplan and WETU systems.<br \/>&#8211; Must have experience with; and a complete understanding of the German Market and Culture.<br \/>&#8211; German Speaking an advantage (read, write and converse).<br \/>&#8211; Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and to handle pressure and tight deadlines.<br \/>&#8211; Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet the demands and high pressure of the Travel Industry.<br \/>&#8211; A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<br \/>&#8211; Strong communication and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br \/>&#8211; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both clients and suppliers. <br \/>&#8211;
